Your Own Story Book Club is a warm, grounded space for connection, reflection and personal growth. It is supportive without being clinical, and accessible without the high cost of traditional support.
It combines book club, community connection and gentle wellbeing support, helping you exhale and feel understood.
About the book club
This is an online community experience focused on:

We explore books that help us better understand our emotions, patterns, boundaries, values and the kind of life we want to build.

Book Club Month
A guided online meet-up to chat about the book, reflect together and share insights.
Workshop Month
A deeper dive into a key theme from the book, with practical tools you can use right away.
This allows space to read, process and actually apply what you’re learning. Every month still offers connection and support, just in different ways.
Weekly connection
Because growth happens in the small moments too.
Between book club and workshop sessions, members will receive weekly touchpoints to help you keep momentum.
